Properties listed with Stockton Real Estate
are instantly entered into one to three Multiple Listing Service (M.L.S.) data bases, containing property facts, photos and the possibility of a virtual tour. Once this is done, the listing is also made available on the Internet at http://www.realtor.com. Agents also check the computer data base daily for new listings, status and price changes and "Solds" so that we can update our customers and clients within 24 hours of any activity. The M.L.S. brings your listing to the attention of over ten thousand active agents. The M.L.S. offers custom programs for matching sellers to buyers and a personal mail system for sending news to productive agents.

Promotional Brochure:
  An individual color photo with fact sheet profiling each property marketed by Stockton Real Estate is prepared with your assistance. They are designed to effectively advertise the features of your property.
  The fact sheets are sent to every sales office in the area and mailed or faxed to prospective buyers. In addition, they are part of the marketing presentation folder that is available at the property for buyers and sales agents who are viewing the home.

Advertising:
  We get exposure for your property! We currently advertise in The Real Estate Book, The Town Topics, The Princeton Packet, Princeton Alumni Weekly, U.S.1 and other publications as needed. Our sales listings are also featured on the World Wide Web at www.realtor.com and are available through www.stockton-realtor.com.

Yard Signs/Info. Boxes:
  Yard signs are an important advertising medium. When your property is listed by Stockton Real Estate,the Stockton signature orange and black signs are provided to attract potential buyers. At your request, we will add an info. box containing flyers advertising your property. The flyers are effective at stimulating interest.

Direct Mail:
  Every Stockton Real Estate agent has established V.I.P. mailing lists. Some of the categories are "top producing agents who specialize" and "client and customer prospects." Aggressive, direct mail marketing increases your property's selling power.

Open Houses For Brokers and The Public:
  Stockton Real Estate wants the world to know how wonderful your property is. Welcoming brokers to your home will keep your unique features forever on their minds. Opening your home to the public on weekends can often result in a timely offer to purchase! We recommend both types of Open Houses.

Lockboxes and Showings:
  Stockton Real Estate highly recommends the "Lock Box" System as a way of showing your home when you cannot be there. A locked box with a key to your property is placed on your door allowing agents to show your home to potential buyers. Properties with lockboxes are shown more often!
  Stockton Agents are mindful of your security, therefore, prior to obtaining the combination to the lockbox, agents must register their appointments at our office. We also offer the electronically controlled key boxes that record the date, the time and the person who obtained access to the property.

Referral Network:
  We are a member of US Advantage, a nationwide relocation network of boutique Realtors. But most of our referrals come from people who know of our dedicated service: mortgage brokers, attorneys, business merchants, university professors, architects, former clients and customers, out-of-state real estate agencies, accountants, interior designers, etc. Stockton Real Estate is enriched by the people we know and in turn those people often refer the people they know.
